Caffeine has a blog!

We weren't expecting so much traffic in such early days, so we haven't even had the chance to put up our menu here yet!
Please keep coming back… we look forward to introducing ourselves and our concept to you in the next few weeks.

anyone feel (like I do) that the sign outside the caffeine shop should be a single colour?
if you look carefully (very carefully), the new logo has been placed in the middle of the old sign, so there are 2 blends of white – the background old logo, and the middle new logo.
or is that just me being a stickler for exactness?
E
Hey Eric… You own the place, man… Shouldn’t you be writing in the blog rather than the comments??
Hey no fair colouring their opinion by telling them what you think. Eric agreed to put out a bit of a blind questionaire about the sign. Personally I think it goes back to the early childhood years and I think the technical term might be anal retentive. Our personal battle aside, Eric and I would welcome the opinion of our viewing public as to the exquisiteness of the sign in front of the shop. Hey you don’t even have to reply here, just drive by and shout your opinion out at me, that should be fun. Thanks, Joe
Hi Joe, i used to work in the Incubeta Cape Town offices. I’m now in London & one thing i miss SO much is your muffins… my favorite were the muffins with sun dried tomato, peppadew & feta. Mmm, i hope you still make them! Your savory muffins are definitely unique – can’t get them anywhere else! I still haven’t found a place that makes them like you do!
Joanne – i’d suggest bringing you a muffin next time i’m in london, but it wouldn’t taste the same, so my only decent suggestion is you convince Joe to open up a caffeine in London. Perhaps in GG!!!!
do you want a pic of you on the site Jo? So us SA’ians remember what you look like?
Eric – I think opening a shop up here in London would be brilliant! London needs your coffee & muffins Joe!!
And no i do not want my picture to be put up on the site – people can come visit me in London to remember what i look like:-)
How’s the new Caffeine shop in Sea Point doing?
once the new couches arrive, i’ll be there every day!!!
Forget the muffins, try the choc brownies, they are the best with the coffee, and they keep much better.
